You can email or fax a referral marked as urgent or phone us directly and speak to one of our staff or one of the doctors. We will arrange to see your patient as soon as possible.
Can I speak to one of the specialists directly for advice on a patient?
Absolutely. Call anytime and if we can't speak to you immediately leave a message and you will be called back as soon as possible.
What are the out of pocket costs for my patients that need a gastroscopy or colonoscopy?
All of our endoscopic procedures are billed No-gap to the patients health fund if in private, or at no cost via medicare in the public system. If your patient has an excess on their health fund that needs to be paid to the hospital at the time of the procedure.
What about specialised procedures like single balloon enterosocpy, EMR, and dilations?
